How to Plan a Corporate Photoshoot That Does Not Look Like Stock
Most companies book a photographer, clear a meeting room and line everyone up against a white wall. The photos come back looking like every other company website. A little planning changes that completely.
Decide what the photos are for
Headshots for a proposal deck need different framing from images for a homepage banner. Tell your photographer where the photos will end up and you get frames that fit those spaces, with room for text where the design needs it.
Pick the right time of day
Offices look best in the morning, when the light is soft and the floor is still tidy. Factories are often better mid shift, when machines are running and there is something real to photograph. We plan a corporate photoshoot in Ahmedabad around whichever suits your space.
Prepare your team
- Tell people the date at least a week ahead so nobody is caught off guard.
- Suggest solid colours and ask people to avoid busy patterns.
- Book headshots in small groups so nobody waits an hour for their turn.
Do not skip the candids
Posed portraits are useful. Photographs of people actually working are what make a website feel real. Give us thirty minutes to move around while the team does its job, and those frames usually become your most used images.
Plan video at the same time
If you also need corporate videography, shoot it the same day. The setup is done, your team is already prepared, and one day of disruption gives you both stills and film.
